Southern Mallee Primary Care Partnership 

The Southern Mallee Primary Care Partnership (SMPCP) is located in north-western Victoria. It is comprised of three Local Government Areas; Buloke Shire, Gannawarra Shire and Swan Hill Rural City (not including Robinvale). SMPCP is an established network of local health and human service organisations working together in an effective way to improve the health and wellbeing of the local Southern Mallee communities.

Partnership Prevention Project Officer

12 Month Project across the Buloke Shire | Full Time – Part Time, negotiable | Based from an East Wimmera Health Service campus

Southern Mallee Primary Care Partnership (SMPCP) Buloke Strategic Health & Wellbeing Partnership have a funded project to work with local agencies and the community to create a partnership action plan focused on gender equality and the primary prevention of family violence.Partnership Prevention Project Officer will facilitate partnerships between the Buloke Shire community and local agencies to assist in creating long term change in preventing family violence. The Project Officer will develop and implement processes to enable inclusive community engagement and will facilitate the development of a partnership action plan to guide the community and agencies approach to preventing family violence across the Buloke Shire. Southern Mallee PCP Swan Hill Community Services Network

The next SMPCP Swan Hill Community Services Network meeting will be held on Thursday 26 October, from 10am-12pm, at Mallee Family Care Swan Hill.
