Partnership Coordinator and Partnership Communication Officer 

Southern Mallee Primary Care Partnership (SMPCP) has two interesting and challenging roles available in the team; a Partnership Coordinator and a Partnership Communication Officer.

SMPCP bring the health, social, not for profit and local government sectors together, through partnerships. SMPCP utilises a place based approach to identify and develop solutions to local service and health and wellbeing issues.

Partnership Coordinator

Partnership Coordinator will work alongside partners in supporting planning, implementation and evaluation of partnership initiatives from the Strategic Plan.

SMPCP seek a dynamic highly motivated individual who has;

·         The ability to build partnerships and trust amongst partners;

·         Project management and organisational skills;

·         Tertiary qualifications or professional experience in a related field.

Partnership Communication Officer

Partnership Communication Officer will enhance our Partnership’s communication across the Southern Mallee, utilising a variety of mediums and techniques. This position will suit an outgoing, creative person who has strong communication skills.
