The Southern Mallee Primary Care Partnership (SMPCP) is an established community, health and well-being partnership located in North West Victoria, comprising of three Local Government Areas; Buloke Shire, Gannawarra Shire and Swan Hill Rural City (not including Robinvale).
SMPCP work to implement health prevention and promotion initiatives at ground level, involving local communities in partnership with health agencies, community groups and local government, targeting specific place based needs and priorities.
The SMPCP is an ongoing, dynamic collaboration where purpose, risks and benefits are shared to improve the well-being of our community.

Southern Mallee PCP Mental Health and Related Services (Eligibility and Entry Criteria) Resources – Buloke, Gannawarra and Swan Hill have been reviewed and updated as of October 2019.
The professional only resources are available for use by service providers who work in and support residents across the Southern Mallee catchment. The resources are available on the following links;
The Southern Mallee PCP Mental Health and Related Services (Eligibility and Entry Criteria) Resources have been in existence from 2010 and continue to be valuable in identifying mental health and supporting services available in the Southern Mallee as well as identifying service gaps, evidence for advocacy efforts regarding mental health supports and as a basis for agency connection.
